Complex in its design and detailed in its execution, the client's vision for this project was to create a modern family home whilst paying respect to the traditional Victorian facade.
The ground floor is open and bright with oversized timber windows and doors opening up onto a timber deck perfect for entertaining. The hero of this area is the unique sliding doors that stack open over a large fixed glass wall to provide an unrestricted opening to the deck which measures over seven metres.
The rear addition features a curved facade constructed of CNC machined plywood finns. Grey washed, solid blackbutt flooring in various widths were installed throughout the home.
