A repeat client engaged Ambient Constructions to design and construct a unique and original duplex design for the Caringbah area. This project was thoughtfully designed with custom finishes, butler’s pantry, outdoor entertaining area and pool.
American Oak flooring warms both residences, with a light filled staircase leading to two oversized bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate retreat. Large and well-appointed kitchen and living areas open onto a covered alfresco deck that includes a custom polyurethane BBQ area and range-hood for entertaining.
Clever placement of windows and skylights and distinctive exterior design ensure this duplex is a level above the general attached home.
